Emergency Response

United Services has an on-call staff that is available for any emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our knowledgeable IICRC Certified staff will respond in minutes and assist the property owner with any type of loss. United Services coordinates emergency services with the inspection, estimating, construction, and contents services so one phone call is all the client needs to make.

A rapid response can help prevent or greatly reduce the effects of water, exposure to the elements (when a structure is damaged), and potential theft or vandalism of unsecured property.

Reponse time is especially important with flooding. The damage and destruction resulting from flooding can be dramatically excacerbated if water is allowed to penetrate a structure and its contents — swelling wood and plaster, dissolving adhesives, destroying paper and fabric, corroding metal, spreading contaminants, and introducing mold.
