This homeowner had a flooded family room on New Year’s Eve – not the best way to ring in the New Year!
Project Manager, Charlie Miller, was on the scene within 35 minutes of their phone call, and our United Services crew was there within an hour to begin cleanup.
The inconvenient timing of this event caused great concern for the homeowners. When they received no response from the company referred by their insurance agent, they called United Services and were connected directly to our on‐call project manager.
All standing water was removed within a few hours, and equipment was set up to assure complete drying. All affected areas were dried within three days.
The homeowners had an insurance coverage limit on this loss and were concerned about incurring high out‐of‐pocket expenses. The efficiency of the United Services team and techniques allowed us to complete all repairs within the limits of the policy – eliminating any out‐of‐pocket expenses for the homeowners. They were so happy about the job that we did that they drove to their insurance agent’s office to give him several United Services business cards for the future needs of his policy holders!
