Handling Fine Art & Fine Furniture in a Disaster

This class will discuss the crucial steps in handling fine art and furniture during a property loss.  There will be live demonstrations on cleaning and caring for items damaged by fire, water, smoke, or other traumatic events.  Applicable to licenses from the State of Illinois only for 3 CE credits.

 

Understanding the Basics of Contents Restoration

Thursday, September 29, 2016  9:00am-12:00pm 

This class will focus on logistical challenges and procedures of packing out, cleaning, and moving back contents using industry-specific tools.  More specifically it will address proper methodologies used to streamline the process, reduce mistakes, and protect the sensitivity of the contents being restored.  Applicable to licenses from the State of Illinois only for 3 CE credits. 

 

Ethics to Work by

Thursday, October 20, 2016  9:00am-12:00pm

This class will discuss how to identify ethical issues of the insurance business.  It will also explain why ethical behavior matters for insurance professionals.  It will give you a chance to practice making ethical decisions in sales and claims situations.  Applicable to licenses from the State of Illinois only for 3 CE credits.
