I did not receive a remediation estimate at any time during the remediation process, even though I requested one. The crew was on site and working within hours of placing the call (what a relief!), which is how emergency services should work, but I did not have any idea how much it would cost throughout the process. I never received an estimate, and only received an invoice three days after remediation was complete and equipment was removed.
